Robin Wolaner, the Publisher and Founder, was the Publisher of Mother Jones (an award-winning,national consumer magazine with a paid circulation of 170,000) from 1982 to February 1985.
Every summer since 1982, Robin has taught at the Radcliffe Publishing Procedures Course at Harvard University where she directs 100 students working on 10 magazine launches, each requiring a 3-year business plan, a dummy issue, etc. She was the winner of a 1984 Gold Award from Folio the Magazine of Magazine Management, for excellence in circulation direct marketing.
