It was a Friday evening. The streets were busy with people returning back home from their offices with plans for weekend. The traffic was moderate, not very congested and not very busy. I was in full uniform, patrolling the allotted areas. I was keen to leave for weekend without any major issues. There were two sergeants with me, Mr. Steve and Mr. Clarke.
